The only ebook reader that I have found with capability to modify fonts, font color, background color etc. absolute versatility!

Needs improvement. Lack the text highlight (an essential feature in my opinion) and is too slow. Also it does not show the original covers of all books I bought.

When you change the iPad "window", the app usually crashes. Also, the e-books take a long time to load and the highlighter, although is a great idea, is too slow and consumes precious minutes of the students. Some books that used to open in the previous version of the app now close it (bug), turning the reading experience horrendous.

I cant open some books on version 1.8 under IOS 6 on iPad 2. With late version 1.7 it was all right.

I second the opinion about the constant crashes and slowness of operation. When I started to use BF the reading experience was smooth but now its troublesome. Dont know which one I have to blame: newer versions of BF since the problem started before iOS 6 or the number of ebooks Ive been loading to the application.

Its better with the new atualization, but still very slow to open the books e select texts. In my other app wich read pdf, its faster to do that, and the pdf files are bigger...

The app doesnt integrate well with ipad. You cant use the commands such as, speak, or define. Selecting the words is very slow and absolutely unstable - you can highlight words but this painstaking for the app doesnt work well. I gave 2 stars for the app has a interesting feature, when you pass the page it will be in the same zoom of the prior. Im just using it for it was the only option to read a book I was really looking forward to, and as I cant open the file in another app, Ill have to keep up with this. I hope the guys improve this. Basically the app makes the experience of reading in ipad look like the same as in a dime-stores tablet. Im disappointed.

Great app, very flexible in terms of how you want to position the text. A feature certain other readers dont have. Good options for anything you want to adjust! Really like this ereader app!

I use this app because I am forced to buy the e-textbook companies. There are good things about it: for instance, it is easy to resize the page which is then maintained when you move to the next page. This is not something that other PDF viewers for instance do.but this app is buggy. Highlighting text is often more cumbersome than it should be in contrast to say an app like the Kindle. I have noticed that the app freezes consistently after I have highlighted four or five times.granted, I am working with a very large textbook… Yet, given that this is a text without images, this kind of prompt him should not occur. I would use another app if possible.

Very good app, it replaced Kindle on my iPad mini. Love the customization options, but the app freezes a lot. Developers should work on improving performance, but otherwise works excellently.

Very slow compared to iBooks or Kindle app.

When you turn the page, the new page takes about a second or two to load, which doesn’t happen with other e-readers and makes it feel like you’re browsing the internet with a slow internet connection, when you’re in fact just reading a book. No way to increase text without making the page bigger than what can fit on the screen, making you scroll within the same page and taking away the book-feeling. Finally, when you want to leave a bookmark, it takes a few clicks and it asks you if you want to leave notes… nope, all I need is the bookmark! I only use it because my school library requires me to use it when borrowing e-books.

You cant look up words in other languages using the ios built-in dictionaries.

The new update on March 2nd did not solve the backup problem. Data does not back up in icloud. Application does not even show up under icloud drive.

Great reader, I like the various themes & settings. I would have given 5 stars if when your reading the time & pages let in chapter would show somewhere on the page. I have recommended your app to several people.

I had difficulty with the pages turning very slowly, but I discovered if I put my iPad on airplane mode with the wifi off the pages turn quickly
